Denver Botanic Gardens
Denver Botanic Gardens is a multi-site living museum with a mission of connecting people with plants. Established in 1951, the Gardens continues to grow programming, outreach, and inclusion initiatives in line with our core values of sustainability, diversity, transformation and relevance – connecting with communities across the metro Denver area and beyond. Some examples: the Clinton Family Fund Go2Gardens Free Shuttle Program; fresh food access through partnerships with Denver Housing Authority; low-sensory mornings; therapeutic horticulture activities with the Parkinson Association of the Rockies and the Alzheimer’s Association; scholarships for school group visits and more.
